— What happens after you submit

No auto-responders. No sales funnels.

When an enquiry comes in, a real person reads it. We look at what you've written about your practice, your role, and the work you need, and we come back within 48 hours with a fixed written quote. No 17-step automated sequence, no "we've received your enquiry" email followed by eight more.

The quote is based on the actual scope of your work, and the price we quote is the price you pay. You see it before anything starts, and there is no obligation to proceed.

If we are not the right practice for your situation, we'll say so plainly rather than take on work we cannot do well. We would rather be honest up front than disappoint you later.

Straight answers on fees

We don't publish fake testimonials, made-up statistics, or "£X/month" pricing tables. Dental work varies too much for a headline number to mean anything. What we do instead is quote your specific work in writing, within 48 hours, so you can decide with the real figure in front of you.

— Questions

Things dentists ask us.

What happens after I submit?+

You submit your details. We read them and come back within 48 hours with a fixed written quote for the work you need, whether that is NHS superannuation, associate tax, practice valuation, or practice accounts. There is no obligation to proceed.

How do the fees work?+

Every engagement starts with a fixed written quote based on the scope of your work. The price we quote is the price you pay, and you see it before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.

What do you need from me up front?+

Your practice type (NHS, private, mixed), your role (practice owner, associate, starting, selling), the area you work in, and anything specific you mention in the optional notes, for example an annual allowance tax charge or a sale in progress. The more you tell us, the tighter the quote.

What if I am an associate, not a practice owner?+

Associate dentists are a large part of the work we do. The common issues we see, self-employment status defence, HMRC enquiries, expense claim optimisation, and pension contributions for higher-rate taxpayers, are the day-to-day work of the practice.

What areas are genuinely covered?+

HA1–HA9 is the core catchment: Harrow, Wealdstone, Kenton, Pinner, Stanmore, Edgware, and all the sub-areas within. For dentists in neighbouring parts of NW London (Barnet, Brent, Ealing edges), we can usually still help. The work runs on cloud accounting, so location is rarely a barrier.

Why not just use any accountant?+

Dental is a specialist field. NHS contract rules, UDA recognition, BDA template contracts, and the annual allowance tapers for high-earning dentists are not taught on an ACCA syllabus. General accountants often miss carry-forward relief, misclassify lab fees, or file associate returns without defending status. A dental specialist saves this in the first year, usually several times over.
